a little more action.
It feels like lots of things are in transition right now, and I'm scrambling to keep myself ahead of the game. Sorry this post won't have anything witty or super funny or Wombat-esk...
-I'm in the middle of switching to another website, and it's taking time away from my actual writing and editing. Trying to come up with a consistent writer platform identity thing-a-ma-jiggy. Plus, since I'm not ALWAYS smarter then the average bear, I'm trying to muddle through on my own before calling in people to help. I'll let you know how it goes.
- Trying to stay on track with my edits. My critique partner gave me some amazing thoughts to gnaw on, and I'm trying to brilliantly make adjustments. Bring brilliant is tricky when you're working off too little sleep.
-My 5 year anniversary is next week! Yay us! The Big Guy and I have actually been together since 1997. Holy crap we're getting old.
-Baby Nugget is wrestling with a beast of a cold. Little baby coughs just break your heart.
-Working my fanny off at the Donut Factory, trying to save up some dough for a Ladies Trip to Boston this summer. When I say Lady Trip - it makes you think we'll be doing some proper lady type stuff, and not just laying around the pool making fart jokes and getting sauced, doesn't it.
-On top of all that actual STUFF - I'm reading a fabulous book - Lessons From a Scarlet Lady Emma Wildes This author is new to me, and I am LOVING this book. I don't want to make donuts. I don't want to work on websites, I don't want to write or edit. I just want to read!
