A fantastic reminder of how the little things you say and do can make an impact.
No, I'm not published, no, I don't have an agent, and in fact, I'm still a Noobie. And I do have a jerkface side I let loose at times. (usually in the privacy of my own blog, or to my Big Guy or my Ipals, who I like to think know me well enough to understand I'm just making it funny for me.)
But its a great reminder for me, before the launch of RWA conference, that being NICE makes an impact, no matter who you are or where you go, people remember NICE. I can do nice. Really I can. I can shmooze and smarm with the best of them.
I can also do snarky and jerkface
